LuxyPaws may offer subscription-based products or services that provide automatic recurring deliveries or access benefits. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to manage them, and what to expect.
How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up for a LuxyPaws subscription, you agree to a recurring billing cycle (monthly or as specified at checkout). Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
- Subscriptions begin on the date of your first order
- Renewal charges occur on the same date each cycle
- You will receive an email reminder before each renewal
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Pause: Temporarily suspend deliveries for up to 3 months
- Skip: Skip an individual shipment without cancelling
- Cancel: Cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date
- Update Payment: Change your billing method from your account settings
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Refunds may be issued if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The cancellation was not processed in time due to a technical error on our end

Subscription Pricing
Subscription prices are set at the time of sign-up. LuxyPaws reserves the right to change subscription prices; however, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
